Classes make you fit. A programme written for you makes you fit for the thing you actually want.
What you get
Your membership, plus a plan with your name on it
Every class at WSX is coached. This is the layer on top: the sessions between classes, written for one person, around one goal.
Written around your goal
A race, a lift, a comeback from injury, a season, or simply being able to do the thing you could do at 30. The programme starts from that, not from a template.
Built around your week
The classes you already come to are part of the plan. Your written sessions fit around them, so the week adds up instead of colliding.
Rewritten as you go
Your coach reads what you logged and writes the next block from it. Injuries, travel and bad weeks get planned around, not ignored.
A coach you can ask
A check-in at the end of every block, in the gym or on a call, and a coach on the floor while you train it. Questions get answered by a person who has watched you move.
Works on any tier
£80 a month, added to whatever you are on
Three classes a week plus two written sessions is a very good week. So is every class plus a plan for the gaps.
Is it for you
Yes, if the classes alone are not getting you to the thing
Not sure? Ask a coach in the gym. They will tell you honestly whether a written programme would add anything yet.
You have a date. A Hyrox, a half marathon, a competition, a wedding, a ski trip. The programme works back from it.
You are coming back from something. An injury, a baby, a long gap. The first blocks are written with the sports therapist's notes in hand.
One thing has stalled. The pull up, the snatch, the 5k time. Classes keep you fit; a programme fixes the specific thing.
Your week is awkward. Shifts, travel, kids. You can only make two classes, and you want the other days to count.
Not yet, if you are in your first few months. Do the classes. Learn the movements with a coach watching. We will say when a programme would add something.
How it works
Four steps, then it repeats
A conversation
Half an hour with your coach. The goal, the history, the injuries, and how many days you honestly have.
Your first block
Written for the days you have, around the classes you already do, in your hands within the week.
Train it
In open gym, with a coach on the floor. Log what you did and how it felt. That is the whole job.
Review, then rewrite
At the end of the block you sit down with your coach. The next block is written from what the last one showed.
The maths
£80 a month, on top of your tier
£2.63a day
For a coach who has watched you move, writing your training and rewriting it when life gets in the way. Most people pay more than that for a programme from someone who has never met them.
What the £80 replaces
An online coach who programmes from a video and a form.
A template off the internet written for nobody in particular.
Guessing which class to do on which day, and what to do on the others.
Six months of trying things before finding out what works for you.
Questions people ask first
Is this the same as Performance programming?
No. Performance programming is the squad's extra work: high skill movements, workout tactics and competition structure, shared across the Performance group. Personalised is written for one person. You can have both.
Do I need to be on Performance to add it?
No. It sits on top of any tier. On Train it fills the days between your three classes. On Unlimited and Performance it makes the gaps count.
Who writes it?
A WSX coach you know by name, who has seen you train. Not a template, not an app. Meet the coaches.
Can I stop it?
Yes. Take the add-on off whenever you want and your membership carries on exactly as it was. Most people run it to a date, then drop back to classes.
